MasukGabriel's POV
The wedding ceremony. My new Beta, James, walked in to inform me of the prepared event,it was time for the groom to come out. Today was my wedding day I was going to mark Irene as my Luna. She was a Delta's daughter making her the other right candidate for the position unlike my so called mate who was an Omega. My wolf had been acting strange lately he wanted to back out from our decision and wanted to get closer to Tasha. But fortunately for me I heard Tasha fled the pack and I will make sure I punish her if she dares to come back. “Everything is ready Sir.” James announced. “Let's go.” I adjusted my tie properly before walking outside. The pack members stood up in reference for me and bowed,I walked to the podium where the priestess was and waited for Irene. The door opened and Irene walked gracefully to where we were. “Our Luna is beautiful.” James commented from behind me. Unlike Luke my former Beta who was always having issues with my decision,James will come in handy. “Alpha.” Irene said timidly. I took her hands and led her to where the priestess was,the priestess gave me a knife to start the mating tradition,I took the knife from her and turned to face Irene. “Your hand.” She stretched her right palm towards me. “It's going to hurt.” I informed. “It's nothing I can't handle.” She winked at me. I nodded and slit her palm she winced in pain,I slit mine also then joined our palm together after making sure our blood had mixed. I moved towards the crook of her neck released my fang and suck Into her neck she moaned softly and i withdrew from her. “Long live the Alpha and the Luna!!” The crowd cheered. “I don't think we've made the right decision.” My wolf said sadly but I ignored him. “Congratulations Alpha.” One of the Alpha who came for my wedding greeted. We were now in the hall where the wedding party was being held, all the Alpha graced my occasion except one,the Alpha of the Storm Pack. And I'm glad he didn't come, he's a proud man and he thinks he owns this world. “How's things at your pack?” I asked them. “Very well Alpha, all thanks to your benevolence.” They cheered. I chuckled at their comments,James came from behind me and whispered into my ear “There's someone in your office I couldn't see his face because he was putting on a mask, but he said his name is Noone.” My eyes widened “Please excuse me.” I walked away from the crowd,I ordered James to stay back and marched to my office. “What the heck do think you are doing!” I shut the door of my office from behind me and turned to see Noone sitting on my chair. “I came for your wedding didn't I?” He gave a monstrous chuckle. I marched to where he was and pulled him up by his collar before growling at him but he chuckled at my reaction. “What!” He yelled. “You don't have a problem with the other Alpha visiting but you have a problem with me because I'm a rogue!!” I released my grip on him. “Its just-” “Forget it!” He cut me short. “I'm just here to tell you that the phase of our plans has began.” “The beginning of the end!!” He laughed evily. ********************************* Irene's POV The wedding ceremony The news of Natasha's pregnancy almost got me mad,I had to plead with my mother not to tell the Alpha about it. I'm very sure the baby belongs to Gabriel. They must have gotten intimate that explains the look Gabriel has been giving. But thankfully Tasha is no more in the picture and my plans to become the Luna was successful. “You look beautiful my dear.” My mother said after I was done with the makeup. “Thank you mom.” I stood up and hugged her. I just wish Tasha doesn't show up and ruin my plans or tell Gabriel about her pregnancy. “It's time Luna.” One of the maiden came in to tell me. “Mom.” I hugged her one more time before stepping out. I got to the hall where the mating ceremony was being held,I was told Gabriel was in there already. The guards announced my presence and opened the door for me,I walked inside carefully,I looked around anxiously hoping and praying Natasha wasn't any where. I got to where Gabriel was and gave him a faint smile. “Alpha.” I greeted. He stretched his hands towards me I then took it he led me to where the priestess was standing. We were now backing the crowd, the priestess recited some words and then gave Gabriel the knife. “Your hand.” Gabriel pointed to my right hand. I stretched my palm to him and he took it in his huge hand. “It's going to hurt.” He said softly. “It's nothing that I can't handle.” I winked at him. I knew it was going to hurt, since I was going to be bonded to the Alpha. Gabriel took my palm and slit it, winced in pain he slit his palm also and joined her palms together,I smiled happily as I felt our blood flowing together. Gabriel then moved to the crook of my neck where he was going to mark me. This was the most painful part,he released his fangs and then bit my neck a moan escaped from my mouth and my face flushed in embarrassment. Within a couple of minutes I felt the electricity spark through my body,I could feel what Gabriel was feeling at the moment. But it wasn't a feeling of happiness. “Long live the Alpha and the Luna!!” The cheering of the crowd distracted me from my thoughts. Gabriel took my hands and we turned to face the pack members who were beaming with joy. Today,I Irene, achieved my dream. I waved to the crowd happily. “Irene there's one more thing you must do tonight.” My mom told me when we were in my wedding party. “What's that mom?” I arched my eyebrows. She moved closer to face me and whispered “Explicit sex.” “What!” My mouth fell opened. “What do you mean by that mom?” I shook my head at her and took a glass of wine from the waiter. “Do you think Alpha Gabriel marking you has sealed the deal?” She asked and I blinked trying to process her words. Isn't that's all there is. She sighed and continued. “You have to have sex with him tonight, make sure it's rough and make sure your blood mixes together on bed.” She explained. “Will that make our bond complete?” “Yes it will, give in to my advice and you will soon have the Alpha at your beak and call.” She supplied. I nodded at her advice and thought of how I will warm Gabriel's bed tonight.I glanced to see him leaving the hall in a rush. I excused myself and ran after him. I was about to open the door to his office but paused when I heard the sound of argument. “Forget it!I'm just here to tell you that the phase of our plans has began.” I heard a man's voice. And he had the nerve to yell at an Alpha.I brought my ear closer to the door. “The beginning of the end!!” The nab man released a monstrous laugh and I couldn't help but panic. Who was he? And what did he mean by the beginning of the end?Ryan's POVAnd I meant it. Over the next week, I learned Natasha's new routine. She threw up almost every morning, sometimes multiple times. The smell of certain foods made her sick. Coffee, which she used to love, now sent her running to the bathroom.I started getting up early to make her dry toast and ginger tea. I kept crackers on her nightstand. I learned which foods she could tolerate and which ones she couldn't even look at."I feel useless," Natasha said one morning, lying on the couch with a cold cloth on her forehead."I can barely function."I sat down on the floor beside her, taking her hand. "You're not useless. You're creating life. That takes everything you've got.""I'm supposed to be taking care of Jayden and the house and-""And I'm here to help with all of that," I interrupted. "That's what I'm for. You focus on taking care of yourself and the baby. I'll handle everything else."Tears filled her eyes. "You're being so good about this.”"Natasha, this is our baby. O
A New Beginning Ryan's POVThe moment Natasha heard the news from me that she was pregnant her world stopped. That's all it took to change everything."Ryan?" Natasha's voice trembled as she held the stick toward me. "Are you seeing what I'm seeing?"I blinked hard, making sure I wasn't imagining things. "Is that... are you...""I'm pregnant," She whispered, her eyes filling with tears.I grabbed her and pulled her into my arms so fast that she let out a small gasp. "We're having a baby. We're actually having another baby!"Natasha laughed through her tears, burying her face in my chest. "I can't believe it. I thought maybe I was just late, but then I felt different, you know?”.."And now we're going to have another child," I finished for her, pulling back to look at her face. She was glowing already, or maybe that was just my imagination running wild. "Natasha, this is incredible. This is the best news.""You're happy?" She asked, searching my eyes. "Really happy? Because I know
Natasha's POVI woke up suddenly in the middle of the night with a sharp sickness rising in my chest. It came so fast that I barely had time to sit up. My hand flew to my mouth as I rushed out of the bed and into the bathroom.I barely made it to the toilet before throwing up heavily. My whole body shook as it happened again and again. My throat burned. Tears filled my eyes without me trying. I gripped the edge of the toilet, breathing hard, feeling weak and confused.“Natasha.”Ryan’s voice came immediately. He was already there, kneeling beside me, one hand holding my hair back, the other rubbing my back.“It’s okay,” He said softly. “I’m here.”I shook my head, unable to answer. Another wave came, and I threw up again. My stomach felt empty, but my body kept forcing more out. I felt helpless.Ryan reached for a towel and wiped my mouth gently when it finally stopped.“Easy,” He said. “Take slow breaths.”“I don’t know what’s wrong,” I whispered. “It won’t stop.”“We’ll figure it
Ryan's POVThe months passed quietly, the kind of quiet that comes after long storms. Stability did not arrive suddenly. It came slowly, day by day, decision by decision. Problems were solved, old wounds were addressed, trust was rebuilt as Alpha, I stayed alert, but I no longer woke up every morning expecting trouble. The pack was finally steady.I stood on the balcony that morning, looking down at the training field that had now turned into a play area for pups. Laughter filled the air, real laughter, the kind that came without fear behind it.Jayden was down there. My son was walking now not perfectly, but confidently. His steps were uneven, his balance still learning, but his determination was strong. He moved from one pup to another, holding onto small shoulders, laughing loudly whenever he almost fell.I felt my chest tighten with emotion as I watched him.“He’s getting faster.” Natasha said behind me.I turned and smiled. “Too fast.”She walked up beside me, resting her arm
Ryan's POVThe day of the public event arrived sooner than I expected. Another pack had invited us to attend a formal gathering meant to strengthen ties and show unity. It was not just political. It was also a display. Alphas, mates, heirs, and allies would all be present. Appearances mattered.I stood in our room adjusting my jacket while Natasha finished dressing. Jayden was already ready, sitting on the bed with his toys spread around him. He was unusually calm, watching us with curious eyes.“You look tense.” Natasha said as she walked up to me.“This kind of event always comes with expectations.” I replied. “People watch everything.”She reached out and straightened my collar. “Let them watch.”I looked at her closely. She looked strong, confident, and calm. The woman standing in front of me was no longer weighed down by fear or doubt. She had grown into her place beside me fully.“You ready?” I asked.“Yes.” She said. “Jayden too.”I lifted Jayden into my arms, and he grabbed
Natasha's POVThe days after Selene was banished felt different in a way I could not fully explain at first. The fear that had sat quietly in my chest began to loosen, little by little. I still stayed alert, still watched my surroundings, but I could finally breathe without expecting trouble to appear out of nowhere.I threw myself back into work. The Omega Forum needed attention, consistency, and presence. I refused to let fear slow it down. Every morning, I woke early, checked on Jayden, made sure he was fed and settled, then left him with trusted pack members before heading out.The first visit was to a group of omegas who lived on the edge of the territory. Their homes were modest, their expressions cautious when they first saw me. I knew that look well. It was the look of people who had been promised things before and left disappointed.I sat with them in a small gathering space, listening more than I spoke.“We don’t want trouble.” One of them said quietly. “We just want to f
