Dante drove out of the house, his heart bleeding from anger as he tried to suppress the pain he was feeling deep in his heart.
He didn't want to think about the reality that had hit him so hard in the face he felt paralyzed with fear.
They should have told him at least rather than lying to his face. Everyone knew about it even Sophie and possibly Jared but nobody thought it wise to tell him.
He couldn't believe that Natalie could hide such a fact away from him. He drove till he got to the beach and then he stopped. His heart ached but he wouldn't give in to the pain.

They were still trying to decide which Christmas tree was the best especially since they were going to get a lot of presents today when Natalie's phone rang.She was startled at who was calling her in the middle of her shopping with her family. "Emergency!"Dante woke up to the screaming sound of Trish and Natalie. Xavier headed back to his car ready to drive out when he remembered he had nowhere else to go and he was not going to plead with Jared and Sophie, not after what they did to him in prison and not after mocking him.Suddenly, he remembered the offer he had received and the person that can help him.
