Aurora had run away. It was obvious that she would by the time he stepped out of the bathroom. Ok, so maybe he should not have opened the shower door, but he wanted to make her know that he was being serious. And so after getting smacked in the face, he went back to his room and waited. But then he waited, and waited, hoping that she would come to him but that never happened.
Aurora is stubborn and kind of fearless. Even if she did not know anything about England, she would surely leave the hotel and go around in an attempt to lose him. And although he knew that she could more than defend herself against someone who tried to cause her trouble. He could be one hundred percent certain that she would come back unscathed.
