Epoch - A period of time in history or a person's life, typically one marked by notable events or particular characteristics.

Paroxysm - a sudden burst of emotion.

Oblivion -The state of being unaware or unconcious of what is happening.

Selcouth - Marvelous, wonderful

Peculiar - Strange or odd; unusual

Kismet - Destiny or fate.

Dépaysement - The feeling that comes from not being in one's home county; disorentation due to experience of unfamiliar surroundings.

Nightingale -any of various other birds noted for their sweet song or for singing at night.
