34. Our Mate

"Your what?" Ravi asked as he had no idea what Hari was talking about.

"Sit here," Hari said and then he seemed to realise for the first time that Ravi was naked, "and put some goddamned clothes on!" He said and Ravi obeyed because Hari used a tone he had never used on him again and that told Ravi that it must be a serious matter.

"So, what are filo... phy... hormones?" Ravi asked as he put on some clothes.

"Pheromones. It's like a special smell for each wolf. Only Omegas can produce their pheromones at will to seduce anyone they want and alphas to suppress an enemy when they feel they are at a disadvantage.

Each wolf had a unique distinct smell. Betas don't have any pheromones and they are thus never affected by omegas or alphas pheromones.

Only the strongest of alphas can affect betas and that's by use of mind power and not smell. That is why betas are favoured for wolf armies. This is because betas are basically immune to pheromones and they can't thus be defeated using them in
