Ariana

I could swear a heavy truckload of blocks had fallen on me with the kind of pain I was feeling now.

My body hurts and I can feel the pain in my joints and every part of my body.

I stirred in my sleep and tried to get up but couldn’t. That was when I noticed Damian’s big arms wrapped around me.

How did we get in this position??? What happened?? I tried forcing myself to remember but I winced in pain.

The sound must have woken Damian up because he fluttered his eyes almost immediately.

Damian “Are you happy now?” Ari’s mom is with a healer now receiving treatment because of your cruelness. You know how weak her wolf has become over the years.“Why are you doing this to her only daughter? This is so unfair. You’re just a scumbag, you won’t help bring out Ari and you won’t let Cassius help.”“What are you even thinking? What are you doing all this to your mate and her family for? Just because she wants a rejection? Because she wants to leave a jerk like you?”“But why wouldn’t she want to? You’re a piece of shit that’s keeping Lily and her son around and still refusing to reject Ariana.”“You’re just a scum bag who wants to eat his cake and have it too by catering to two women at the detriment of the other. You deserve to burn in hell.” She yelled loudly, shaking in anger. Yeah… this was Riley and she had decided that the best thing to do this morning was to engage me in a screaming match. “You'd better watch your tone when talking to me Riley. Don’t forget, I may

LilyIt’s been a long time coming. I mean, for once, Damian was making a move I expected him to.With Ariana’s birthday fast approaching and the whole chaos going on, the group is going to have to kill her before her 25th birthday. But now, I think we have nothing to worry about now because Damian was going to do the dirty work for us without him even knowing.I mean hey… he already started it.Imagine my surprise when I woke up and saw the news that the Luna had been arrested because she tried to sell out pack secrets.I mean, I knew this was Damian’s handiwork. Of course, it had to be him framing Ariana because he didn’t want her to leave his silly ass.But this benefits us. He was going to drive her insane like this with the rate he was going and all for what?To protect me!!My next move was to go see him so I could have a full idea of what the situation was and now here I was standing in front of Damian, his car door open and him raging.“What the hell are you doing here at this

Damian I knew it might be a bit difficult getting Ariana to forgive me fully after all this, but for now, I needed her to be exactly where she was right now.I needed to be in charge and in control while she stayed submissive and conformed to my word. It might seem cruel, but that was the best decision for now, and anyone who tries as hard as they can to weaken my hold on her will be treated as my enemy.I mean anyone and that includes my Beta, and family even. It was that serious to me.“I don’t understand you Damian, you were the one who hurt your mate and instead of taking accountability and trying to make things right you’re still hurting her more?”“Make it make sense please. The news is everywhere, there’s been different speculations and I was sure that very soon other territories will get wind of this information.”“How can the Luna of a pack be imprisoned unjustly? It doesn’t make any sense to me and I can’t believe you could be this cruel. Or has Lily bewitched you?” Cassiu

Damian As they led Ariana away, I felt a pang of guilt, but I brushed it aside. She was the one who pushed me this far anyways.I had warned her more than once. I told her to let the Lily situation go, to stop pushing, to stop trying to drag everything into the open. She refused. And now we were here. This wasn’t what I wanted, but it was necessary. Ariana needed to understand that there were limits she couldn’t cross. And that no matter how far she pushed, I would always have the upper hand. There was no way out for her, not like this. The Council Hall had fallen into chaos behind me, reporters were everywhere shouting, elders were whispering among themselves, and officers were moving back and forth. The whole place was in a disarray and I didn’t even bother talking to the elders. I just acted distressed and went to my car to head home.I needed to leave right now, besides, I didn’t owe anyone any explanations right now.I headed straight for my car and once the door shut my mind pl

  • The Rejected Luna’s Rise    Chapter 186: The Surprise

Ariana Finally, the day has arrived. Today was the hearing and I was all set to go.I woke up earlier than usual, long before the sun had fully risen, staring at the ceiling while my mind replayed everything that had happened over the past few weeks. The arguments, the threats, the negotiations that went nowhere.Today, it will finally end.Damian had left the house yesterday and we hadn’t spoken since then. I didn’t know where he went and honestly, I didn’t care to ask. I assumed he was already preparing whatever “surprise” he had hinted at.But you know what? Let him do whatever he wants because I was more than ready to tackle him. I was going to go from my parents house because I needed their emotional support for the day ahead.“Good luck.” My parents both whispered to me, and I kissed them goodbye before getting into my car. I had managed to convince them yesterday to just stay at home and wait for updates because my Mom was quite adamant on wanting to be there but I wanted to

  • The Rejected Luna’s Rise    Chapter 185: I Have A Surprise For You

Damian “Mr Volkstane I hope you do talk to your daughter about the decision she’s about to make next,” I said, looking at her Dad.We were currently at a meeting.Should I call this a family meeting or what? Well, technically, we were still family, even though Ariana has been pushing for a rejection that will never happen for so long now. She had scheduled a hearing with the high council for tomorrow, which we both have to attend. And I was certain she was going to bring her attorney friend to the hearing. How the hell did she even meet a legendary attorney like Adrian? When? Where? There were a lot of questions to ask and I knew quite well she would never respond to them so why bother when I could just wait? Besides, this wasn’t something that she could just wiggle her way out of just because she knows an attorney. It doesn’t work that way in our part of the world. Here power is the real deal. But because of how gracious I am, I have been trying to get her to cancel the hearing
