Princess Lara's Point Of View

“What did you just say?” Morana snarled as she shot me a glare and I just folded my hands across my chest.

“You heard me right, Morana.” I spat. “And I'm sure that you're not deaf.”

“Can you just stop this, Vaylara. You are taking this far.” She added, but I just rolled my eyes. If she thinks I was gonna take this easy, then she's mistaken.

“No, Morana. I'll only let it go if your sister does what I want.” I said with a tone of finality, leaving no room for argument.

I watched as she stared at her sister. One look at her, you could tell that she felt she could save her from my wrath, but too bad she can't, because if I don't punish her now, her sister would try such a thing again.

“Don't worry, Morana. I'll do it.” She muttered under her breath, but I heard her clearly.

“Then you should do it right away. I ain't got all day.” I hissed through gritted teeth. I made my way towards the rocking chair that was at one end of the room and sat on it,

  • The Rise Of The Betrayed Luna   IT HURTS

Lenora's Point Of View “Why do you look so stressed?” Luna Ophelia asked as soon as I walked down the stairs. “Did something bad happen last night?” She asked, her voice laced with concern. Of course something bad happened last night. Talia was in my room last night. She pointed a fucking gun at me and threatened to kill me if I didn't stay away from Zade. Too bad I was able to handle the situation maturely, else I'd be dead by now. “Come on, Nora! Talk to me.” She was now standing in front of me. “Where's Zade?” He didn't come home last night, especially after he said he was going to get some things done. “Uh? Didn't he come to bed last night?” Her brows furrowed into a frown and I quickly shook my head. “No, mom. He didn't!” “I'll send one of the guards to go check on him later, but for now, you need to come have breakfast! It's gonna get cold!” She winked at me and I felt my lips tug into a smile. And now, the memories of what happened last night were temporarily forgot

  • The Rise Of The Betrayed Luna   SHE NEEDS TO BE KILLED

Melissa's Point Of View “I don't care, mother!” I hissed, but my mother shot me a harsh glare. “You might not know this, Melissa, but everyone in the Pack hates you already. The Pack women, the little children, the men, both young and old, everyone hates you. No one is saying good things about you and they keep praying that Lenora will come back to them as Luna. It is really disturbing….” “Like I said earlier, mother. I don't care!” I deadpanned. “It's high time you come to understand that I don't care what anyone says about me, not even those poor idiots!” “Of course you wouldn't care. No one is pointing hands at you for being a bad Luna. Do you know who's taking the blame, huh? Do you know the amount of ugly stares I get from the villagers? I went to the mall today and everyone keeps glaring at me, keeps calling me a bad mother. Do you know who is taking the blame for all your cruelty?” Who else if not her? Wasn't she the one who taught me everything I know? Therefore she sh

  • The Rise Of The Betrayed Luna   YOU NEED TO STEP UP

Melissa's Point Of View “Good morning, my Luna!” Hera, the new maid in charge of looking after my newborn baby, greeted me as soon as she walked into the room. She had a smile on her face as usual, but the smile disappeared as soon as she saw the scowl on my face. “What did I tell you about that ugly smile of yours?” I snorted and she gulped hard in apprehension. “I'm…. I'm sorry, my Luna….” She quickly apologised, but I hissed. “Get out of my sight!” I ordered and she bowed before walking away. “Come on, Melissa, don't you think you're going overboard with the way you're treating these maids? They've done nothing wrong to deserve all of these.” “Nah!” I shook my head. “They deserve it!” I was surprised to hear that my mother was asking me that question. I mean she's always treated the maids this way too! Including the maids that work in our house. She has always treated them this way, like they're nothing. After all, she taught me everything I know today. Including the g

  • The Rise Of The Betrayed Luna   SHE'LL COME BACK TO ME

Damien's Point Of View “Get off him.” Bianca yelled as I continued to hit Marcus, but I paid her no heed. I was hellbent on sending this motherfucker straight to hell. And the fact that he made no attempt to fight back, drove me crazy. He knows what he has done and he isn't ready to fight with me. “You silly bastard!” I roared as I continued to hit him. He was bleeding already, but I wasn't ready to let him go. “You knew she was my girlfriend….” “She stopped being your girlfriend the day you agreed to fuck Melissa….” He shot back, but before he could finish his words, I hit him again. “You should have listened to me, Damien!” My wolf hissed through gritted teeth. Of course I should have listened to him when he asked me not to tell Marcus about this. My wolf has never liked Marcus, but I listened to him. How could I, when I saw Marcus as the brother I never had. Plus I never saw this betrayal coming from Marcus. I thought my secret was safe. I thought he'd never tell Bianc

  • The Rise Of The Betrayed Luna   BIANCA

Damien's Point Of View “What the hell are you doing here?” My girlfriend's voice boomed as soon as she opened the door for me. And by my girlfriend, I didn't mean Melissa. I had a girlfriend. And the little bitch's name is Bianca. Some months ago, she got to know about my adventures with Melissa and boy, it wasn't funny. She was pissed off. She broke up with me and warned me to stay away from her, but I couldn't, no matter how much I tried. Boy how could I? She was there with me through thick and thin, when I had nothing. And now she wants me to stay away from her, just because of something as simple as this? “How have you been, Bibi?” I asked her, intentionally ignoring her question, but she shot me a harsh glare. “That doesn't answer my question, Damien. What the fuck are you doing in my house at such a time?” “So it isn't Dada anymore?” I asked her, even though I knew it was gonna drive her crazier. She never calls me Damien. Instead it was Dada, one silly nickname that

  • The Rise Of The Betrayed Luna   I CHANGED MY MIND

Melissa's Point Of View “What are you talking about?” Axel asked, as he tried to pretend that he didn't just talk about a DNA test. “Cut the pretense, Axel. I heard everything!” I spat and I saw him run a hand through his sleek black hair, feigning frustration. “You heard what?” He asked me and I rolled my eyes. “Can you just stop this, Axel? I heard everything. You went behind my back to run a test on our son, after I just gave birth to him? What the fuck is wrong with you?” He rose up from his desk as he took a step closer, but I took two steps backwards. I didn't want him any close. “Don't come any closer.” I cried. “You're disgusting! You just called me a liar in different ways. I hate you!” I yelled at the top of my voice. And boy, the expression on his face? That was exactly what I wanted to see. I wanted him to feel hurt, the same way I felt when I heard that he ran a DNA test on my son. What even gave him the guts to do such a thing? That seer. She must be the o
