She will come back! Adam povI could feel her eyes on me as she walked away, the weight of her gaze pressing against the fabric of the night. It was as if she were pulling me back, even if she didn’t know it. There was no escape from this connection—not for me, and not for her. The ties that bound us were old, ancient in their persistence. We had crossed paths a thousand times before, and we would again. As I reached the street my steps slowed. I didn’t want to leave—not yet. Not when I was so close. The silence between us, even after I had walked away, hung heavy in the air. I could still feel the tension we had shared, the unspoken understanding that passed between us. I had seen it in her eyes, the flicker of recognition. She didn’t know yet, but I could feel it. She was beginning to sense something.I stopped for a moment, just outside of view, and leaned against the stone pillar of the entrance. The moonlight washed over me, but it was her face, the way her lips parted in that f
Episode-4 Imprinting the souls. Adom pov"Can someone imprint in our souls?" This is what my heart wept from when I first met her until this moment. I watched her, hidden in the shadows, as she hurried through the dimly lit parking lot, her footsteps quick, almost panicked. Tarini. She had no idea I was already aware of everything that had transpired. I’d seen her with Aryan, heard the way he spoke to her, and felt the pulse of discomfort between them. It was clear, even from a distance, that she wasn’t interested in him, yet the idiot didn’t take the hint. But I couldn’t just stand by and let him do that to her. Not when she had no idea of the connection we shared. It was instinct, primal even, to intervene. My blood had burned for her the moment I saw her again—this time in this life. It had taken 700 years to find her, and now, she was standing in front of me, clueless to everything I knew. The sound of her uneven breathing drew my attention. She was shaken, trying to pull herse
Episode-3 Him and Dream. As Stacey and I stepped into the cool night air, her excited chatter was already in full swing.“Did you see the way he looked at you?” she squealed with little jealousy, her voice an octave higher than usual. “It was like he saw right through you, Tarini!”I forced a smile, knowing that Stacey’s flair for the dramatic could turn a simple look into a whole love story. But there was no denying that Professor Valerian’s gaze had a weight to it like he was looking past my surface, straight into some hidden part of me I hadn’t even realized was there. And his words echoed in my mind, tugging at something deep within me.“Come on, it was nothing,” I said lightly, trying to shake off the strange hold he had on my thoughts. “He was just… being nice, that’s all.”“Being nice?” Stacey scoffed. “Tarini, people like Professor Valerian don’t just ‘be nice.’ That look… it was intense, almost like he’s seen you somewhere before or…” She trailed off, her eyes widening with
Episode 2 Mr. Satan and me.I couldn’t shake off the strange encounter with Aryan as I hurried through the dimly lit parking lot, trying to put as much distance between us as possible. My breath was still uneven from the altercation, but just as my nerves started to settle, a familiar figure emerged from the shadows, his presence unsettling yet somehow grounding. “Are you all right, Miss Das?” Professor Adam Valerian’s voice was low, almost indifferent, but his eyes held a predatory intensity that made my stomach flip. I straightened up, forcing myself to appear calm. “I...yes. Thank you, Professor Valerian.” His gaze didn’t waver, and I couldn’t help feeling like he could see through every layer I’d built around myself. "Who is he?" His voice sends a thrilling vibration to my body. "He is... a mistake!" I said with a little guilt. I know he won't be involved in anyone's business yet, but his question makes the whole situation weird. "Well, your mistake ran away after hitting th
