CHAPTER TWENTY SIX ARROWS AND BOWS It was morning already. The sun outside was slowly rising. The air was crisp and cool, filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers and the chirping of birds. Dew still glimmered on the grass, and the shadows were long and dark, stretching out like nature's own fingers. The morning mist swirled gently, adding a mystical touch to the scene. CHAPTER TWENTY FIVE LADY GWEN Sebastian pulled the curtains wide open as he moved on to the special space his weapons were neatly stacked on the wall. CHAPTER TWENTY THREE APOLOGIES Lyra stepped out of the tent, her bare feet touching the cold wet grass. Raven was nowhere to be seen outside but she could see a fire at the other side burning slowly. She walked closer, squinting her eyes to see why I was there. Raven was sitting close to the fire, listening to the calmness of the night, the distant slap of water from the lake against the nearby rocks and the crickets chirping loudly.
