Calling Susan

I am so happy to be home after such an insane night! Walking with Lance didn't do much to help me blow off steam. He is irritating, to say the least.

I have lived alone for so long, but this house has never felt as empty as it does right now.

Jezebel is the Luna of Wolvesbane pack! My mind is blown. It is late, but I should probably try calling my sister Susan. I dial her number...she answers on the third ring.

"Is everything alright?" she asks.

"Yeah," I say. "Just a lot has happened in two days."

"What do you mean? Is Jezebel alright?"

"Yes, she is alright," I sigh.

"Okay," she says. "What is going on, Jedd? I can tell something has happened. Just tell me!"

"Jezebel has been mated....to my Alpha."

She is silent for a few minutes. I can hear her breathing. I know it is a lot to process, so I stay quiet, waiting for her to say something.

"How has this happened? She isn't even eighteen yet!"

"For reasons unknown to us, the Gods decided to enlighten her a tad bit early. Her birthd
