I have texted Miss Kat about our dinner plans so she can go home early. I try to finish as much paperwork as I can. Malayah has gotten so angry since putting her on house arrest. I don’t get why she is so angry. We keep having the same conversation but the results never change. Something is off. After Davina spoke with Malayah at their birthday party I thought things would get better. I’ll need to run some ideas off of Dimitri. I know something is wrong here. I decide to call Dimitri now before it gets late.

“Hello Derek. How can I help you.”

“Dimitri is it possible for someone to put a spell on another to make them angry or uncooperative? Like manipulate them from afar?”

“That’s dark magic but yes it is possible. You plant an idea in their head and then the magic does the rest to make that feeling come to life and spread like fire. Once it takes root it’s almost impossible to see reason.”

“How does that work?”

“A spell would need to be cast on an object that is wearable.
