The pungent scent of antiseptic dominated the container. Around an hour ago, Jude helped them sneak in after the talk with Gio. Overall, their conversation revealed nothing significant. It was just a simple report about the number of humans Jude has.

Gio left as soon as he confirmed Jude had twenty humans and reminded them that the transformation would be held thirty minutes before midnight. So now here, Nevea and Zach, stuck in a big closet with a small hole to see the outside of the area.

Feeling annoyed at Zach’s constant movement, Nevea nudged him with her elbow and said, “Stop moving around, Zach. They will hear you.”

“They won’t,” Zach replied nonchalantly while focusing on looking from the small hole.

“What is happening out there?”

“Nothing has happened yet. Your fellow humans are still lying miserably on their beds, waiting for their death.”

“They won’t die. Tomorrow they will be your fellow vampires.”

    "Everything has been settled, Master." Gio talked while sitting far away from his master. "Have you found out about the other fairy?" Gio's body tremored because he did not get a whim of the fairy who messed with their place. It only meant that the fairy was not as clueless as Nevea. Perhaps, the fairy was here on a mission.     Raven rubbed his eyes after seeing Nevea sleep peacefully on the chair next to his bed. The woman appeared to be peaceful. Her hair which had now changed to brown fell freely on her back. Her chest kept rose and falling in a steady rhythm. The view that greeted him brought a content smile to Raven’s mouth. But, all the information they got was far from what they had experienced. When they read the history of demons, it is always related closely to hell and another sort of religion. And about fairies, it was just a story of a bunch of cute little things. What they read was pretty much useless. Not even once they mentioned purity.
