The attack

Syvan sat in his office staring at the files from the raid. He was determined to find out more about the blood traders.

He read through the files trying to see if he had missed anything the first time. To save his friend, he had to go the extra mile to find the Oakenheart organization.

He was hopeful that there was some clue in the files that might lead back to the mastermind in charge of the notorious group. A group whose name shook people to their core.

Zane walks into the office with a frown on his face. There was bad news that he had to deliver to the vampire prince and was nervous about it.

The prince had trusted everyone with an important task and they failed him. That too after he had given the prince his word that the circle had his back and won't let him down.

It felt like he had overestimated the circle's capability to help the vampire prince. It fell on him to deliver the news since he was the prince's, right-hand man.
