White hot mess
She saw Olivia huddled under the same canopy with Elvin and Tom. Olivia immediately rushed to her and began sobbing. Valencia tried to calm her down as she hugged her two kids. A silent question in her eyes, "Did you find Sarah?" was met by a shake of the head. Valencia felt disappointed in herself. She couldn't stand the look in Olivia's eyes. Why had she agreed to get the kids here? She scolded herself.
A pair of hycwens heard the cries of Olivia and began approaching them. Oh no, thought Valencia. What was she supposed to do? The kids and Olivia were looking upto her for protection. And, there she stood unable to transform.
No, she wouldn't go down without a fight. She ran away from the trees, hitting the giants with large stones, trying to divert their attention.
"Here, you dimwits," roared Valencia as she assaulted them with rocks. The trick worked and not one but a large group of the giant hycwens spotted her.
