Headstart

I opened my eyes and saw the night sky above me, damn, it looked beautiful, wait a second, what was I doing lying on the grass in the middle of nowhere. As I tried to get up, my whole body throbbed with pain, especially my head. Ah, thank god I wasn't dead, I thought that I was gonna die when everything faded into blackness. I had finally gotten out of Isla's memories, I really didn't see that coming, I guess this was a headstart to understanding my powers. I don't know how I did that, but in that one moment, something inside me awoke, I could feel the strange energy running through my veins like it was waiting to be released.
