The ultimate sacrifice

Deborah's POV

Last night I had opened a door to someone thinking it was Beatrice and to my shock, it was someone no one ever thought would be seen again. I felt my body shudder as I looked him in the eyes and saw new found evil.

I now knew the danger that lay ahead and despite having visited me, I was still alive. I made a decision that I would make a plan to try and protect myself. I decided that since I was an outcast, I would use that to my advantage.

I had noticed that Beatrice was doing absolutely nothing to help me get my powers back and have her totally in control over the wolf pack. It was as if she relaxed and forgot what was at stake but to think she wanted to rule alone completely, I did not expect that.

I then decided to look out for myself and what was in my best interest. I wouldn't take one for the team especially if I was the only willing participant in it, I was going to be selfish and try to get my powers back.
