Chapter 31

Rose POV

Each and every one of my bones was breaking one at a time. My skin felt like someone had thrown me into a raging fire. While I was scratching at my legs my hands started to feel wet and when I looked down my thighs had deep cuts on them and claws had grown from my fingertips. I watched as my fingers shrank and my hands turned into paws.

The feeling was terrifying yet exhilerating. Just when I thought the pain couldn't get any worse, my head started to feel like it was going to explode. The sound of my skull breaking and reforming was sickening and deafening. I looked down at my nose and bit back a scream while I watched it turn into a blue snout.

I have never seen a blue wolf before. I didn't get to spend too much time thinking about it before my spine started to break again and threw me onto my hands, well my front paws. I felt my legs bend and turn into hind legs and just like that the pain stopped.
