Chapter 53

Rose POV

When we got a few yards from the stream, I started to see lights off in the distance on the forest floor. The closer we got, the brighter they got. When we were right on top of them is when I realized they are yard lights, perfectly placed to create a walkway. They were leading straight to the stream and each light is a different color.

When we got halfway down the path when white twinkle lights started to climb up the trees and wrap around the branches. This is something that comes straight out of a fairy tale book. It's the most beautiful and romantic thing I've ever had the pleasure of laying my eyes on.

"You guys did all of this?" I asked them with tear-filled eyes.

"It's a very big and special night." Damien said.

"We wanted to make it romantic and a night you will never forget." Jackson said.

When we broke through the tree line, I stopped dead in my tracks and held my breath. In the clearing were a million lights of all different colors, laid out on the ground
