The Rejection

Never did Salome expect to lose herself on Alan's hand unlike his brothers who barely acknowledged her or made out with her. 

He only wraps his hand tightly around her, saying smoothly words to her, whispering sweet nothing to her ears hoping to ease her pain with his presence.

lt's fine.You can cry. You will be fine, slowly rocking her in his arms. He lifted her up Salome's leg unconsciously wrapped around his waist.With her now clinging tightly onto him.

 Alan made his way towards the bed sitting on it while Salome kept on crying. Thirty minutes later ,Salome had stopped crying as she was in her situation.

She couldn't be anymore embarrassed than she was now. In a blink of an eye, she already untangled herself from him and was quick to walk towards the doorstep ready to Sprint out of the mansion.

Wait! 

Alan called out, making her pause; she has no intention of turning back to him and can only wait facing the door.

I'm sorry about my brother.They are just so immature.l’ m really sorry. Alan apologised in a soft voice.His apologise alone was enough to make the anger and pain in her bubble more.

What about you? 

Salome still. Her fist clenching and unclenching as she tries to control her anger.

Her tears were long gone and dry but the stain could still be seen on her face.

What? 

What about me? I…. Alan couldn't complete his words making Salome scoff as she turned her face to him .Well I thought as much.

 Own up to yourself before owning up to others mistake.Saying this,Salome walked out leaving him standing speechless.He seems to understand the gravity of his mistake and immediately begin following after her. 

Heh! Slow down your steps,can we talk he called out to her but Salome had no intention of paying him any heed.Although she had no idea where the stairs were, all she did was to keep opening every door to find out .

Just as she was about to open another door Alan appeared before her in a flash, his hand on the door knob and he furiously shook his head. 

No, this is not the way to the stairs. Let me show you Alan breathing out shakingly while Salome's eyebrow frowned in confusion. Why are you so agitated? 

Salome couldn't help but ask.Her face scrunching up in confusion.She could see how agitated he was seeing that he’s already sweating profusely.

If anything Salome learned in life was never to trust suspicious people as it will only lure her into their trap. 

Scrunching up her eyebrow she stared at him intensely and suddenly lifted up her head.salome pretended to turn back ready to leave making Alan loose guard and loose his hold on the door knob.

ln a twinkle of an eye,salome swiftly turn back turning the door knob and reveal whatever was inside the first things salome get was the smell of pleasure sounds then came into view the edge of a bed salome frown ready to leave when a familiar sent hit her like a volcano this was all too familiar scent she had got whiff of today and it belongs to none other person that Lucas. 

Salome already had an incline as to what was happening she banged the door properly this time Alan didn't try to stop her Salome's action of banging the door open has already stopped whatever foreplay that was going on in the room now the faces of the two people going at it could be seen clearly and it was none other than Lucas and Trina.

Salome’s eyes were more focused on Lucas who didn't seem to mind that he was caught and had no intention of scrambling to cover himself.

He looked Salome straight in the eyes before slowly kissing Trina who immediately got caught up in a moment as if they didn't have an audience.

Although no word was said, actions were enough to betray one’s thought.Streams of tears streamed down Salome's eyes and not caring about where she was heading she rushed away from the room pushing another door open which led to the staircase where she could leave the mansion.

 Wait up! Let me take you home. Alan called out to her but salome didn't falter in her steps as she ran down the stairs the party was still going on as usual and her appearance was enough to gather attention but salome didn't care she could hear the sneakers and pointing gazes of everyone and she was quick enough to bust out of the door.

Wait up! It's too dark and you can't leave all by yourself. Alan called out hastily. Leave me alone Salome screamed while still walking as fast as she can.Please you are going to be my family's friend sooner or later. I can't have anything happening to you, he softly spoke.

His words hit her like a tornado. He didn't say because they were mate but she was going to be his family friend it didn't take a soothsayer for salome to know that she was being rejected by him not only one but all three of them rejected her at this point he felt like a sledgehammer was driven to her heart making it bleed and pain.she made up her mind not to cry again as a banging pain in her head almost made her to collapse. 

She tried to fight the pain but it was unbearable and the last thing she saw before her wolf went dark was Alan’s face.

The next morning Salome woke up in a familiar room where she had been staying in Trina's home and felt disgusted by it.

She had no idea how she got in here after last night's incident but she wasn't ready to find out .

Salome was just ready to get up from bed when her door was roughly open as different people in uniform walked in. What is going on? Rushing to tie the blanket around her. Soon her mother walked in all smiles. Mother, what is going on here? We are finally moving into Alpha Rapheth’ s mansion.
