"Wait here. I will go freshen up and come. I will drop you home" Nero said before walking inside the bathroom.

Chloe just changed into her clothes from yesterday. She is not about to wait here and spend another second with him. 

The gun on her forehead is still making her feel her spine shudder with fear. Everything from four years ago came rushing back into the forefront of her mind. 

She suffered so much in Daniel's hands. She forgot how it would feel like to be with a Mafia man. She had enough experience which is sufficient for another ten lifetimes.
