Choose

That day became my most memorable and most favorite day I've ever had. I didn't know celebrating a birthday with friends is actually more fulfilling and satisfying than celebrating it alone. Or just celebrating with your parents.

I found out that the reason why mom planned a different celebration in Jasper's restaurant was to celebrate my birthday with him, too. Na-disappoint yata si Mommy na hindi siya makakapunta. It's not a big deal or whatever to me but I guess it is to her.

That was the first birthday I was genuinely happy... and the last.

For every happiness. For every laughters. For every ecstatic conversations. I remember, there will always be a despair after. That not the happiness I felt for just a second will last until at the end of my lifetime.

It's always like that. It will always be like that.

Three days after my birthday, my friends are
