Heartbreaking Sight

Alistair saw Ivy more in pain, he touched the woman's hand hoping to calm her down.

"Honey, is it still very sick?" Alistair asked with a worried expression.

"Yes. Very sick," Ivy answered.

Alistair drove his car at high speed when he saw Ivy almost unconscious.

"Alistair, my chest hurts," Ivy said softly while touching her chest which felt more painful.

Soon the car driven by Alistair stopped in front of the hospital. He immediately carried Ivy's body.

"Please help my lover!" Alistair shouted.

Doctor and nurse immediately carried Brankar, then Alistair slowly laid Ivy on the safe.

"You calm down first, we will check the condition of this lady," the doctor said.

Brankar that Ivy boarded was pushed by the nurse to the emergency department followed by Alistair from behind. Arriving at the ER, Ivy was immediately examined intensively by the doctor who was on guard.

"Miss Ivy is just stressful. She only needs something that can divert her mind, so as not to stress," explained the doctor.

"My asthma recurred, Doc," lied Ivy, she said in front of the doctor and Alistair to seek more attention from the man.

Alistair immediately turned to his lover. He was surprised by Ivy who claimed to have asthma, even though as far as he knew Ivy did not have any disease.

"Since when did you have asthma?" Alistair asked, staring in surprise at Ivy.

"You just don't know that I am actually asthma. You are not sensitive to me," Ivy grumbled.

Alistair asked the doctor to re -examine Ivy's condition, making the doctor could only say yes and checked again.

"What is the condition of my future wife?" Alistair asked, making sure if Ivy was asthma or not.

"Sir, I have said that your lover is only stressed. If you still don't believe it, please do further examination," the doctor answered flatly.

Ivy saw Alistair continuing to argue with the doctor, she felt uneasy with the doctor.

"Alistair, we just go home. My chest is not painful," Ivy said.

"Are you sure?" Alistair asked.

Ivy nodded her head. They immediately returned to the car without caring about doctors who were surprised by their behavior.

"Do you want to go straight home, or want to eat lunch first at the cafe, then go to Orchid Bridal House?" Alistair asked, staring deeply at his lover.

"Let's just go home," Ivy answered flatly.

Alistair immediately delivered Ivy home. After taking Ivy home, he decided to buy food for Ivy.

"Hopefully Ivy likes this food," Alistair murmured while holding a pack of food.

Alistair got into the car again then drove his car to Ivy's home.

"Ivy, it's me. Open the door, please," Alistair said.

Then the door opened showing Ivy who had changed her clothes in casual clothes. She saw Alistair standing in front of the door, staring at the man.

"Why are you back again?" Ivy asked confused.

"I brought food for us to eat together, Dear," Alistair answered softly.

Ivy let Alistair go inside. She did not refuse the invitation to lunch together from the man.

"You have to eat this soup, so that your body is healthy," Alistair said, giving his sweetest smile at Ivy.

The aroma of chicken soup when Alistair opened the food package he brought immediately burst in the room, making Ivy's stomach immediately the demo asked to be filled.

"I want to eat the soup right now," Ivy whined

Alistair smiled as he moved chicken soup to Ivy's bowl. He gently stroked Ivy's hair after handing his bowl.

"Eat a lot, I don't want you to get sick again like that," added Alistair smiled.

"Sure, Dear," Ivy replied.

They ate their food while occasionally chatting about their relationship which will soon be to marriage.

A few months later, a man who had just woken up from his sleep looked at the wall calendar.

"Soon, I will have Ivy. I can't wait to see her when opening my eyes in the morning," Alistair said, smiling happily.

Alistair saw his cellphone on and the name Scarlett appeared there, he immediately took his cellphone on the table.

"Good Morning, Scarlett. Why are you calling me in the morning like this?" Alistair asked in surprise.

Only the sound of scarlett tears could Alistair hear. He asked again, but instead the sound of the woman's cry was getting louder.

"Scarlett, does anyone hurt you until you cry?" Alistair asked in panic.

"Sir, I beg this time so that you are willing to accept my invitation to take a walk with me anywhere. I really need you," Scarlett answered quietly.

Alistair who did not have the heart to his secretary, finally agreed to the woman's invitation.

"Alright, I will pick you up. Wait for me at your house," Alistair said.

"Yes. Thank you very much," Scarlett replied.

Scarlett saw that the call was turned off Alistair, after which she immediately wiped her tears.

"Alistair, I will make you mine forever. Ivy doesn't deserve to be side by side with you," monologued Scarlett, she looked at her face in the mirror and smiling slyly.

Scarlett quickly wore makeup on her beautiful face, combing her long hair, then rushed to change clothes. She stuck herself in front of the mirror and snapped her fingers.

About half an hour later, she heard the sound of the car horn, then quickly ran out of the house.

"Hello, Scarlett," Alistair said friendly.

"Hello, Sir," Scarlett put on a sad face

"Let's go up," Alistair said from behind the window of the car that opened slightly, then he opened the car door. Scarlett walked around the car and got into it.

After that, he started the car engine and drove his car at medium speed towards a place that people said were very beautiful.

"Where are we going to go?" Scarlet asked curiously

"Later you also know where I will take you to go," Alistair answered with a smile.

Approximately half an hour later, the car driven by Alistair stopped at Plumb Beach.

"Let's take a walk here. I am sure you really like it," Alistair said softly.

They stepped around Beach. When their feet were tired, Alistair invited Scarlett to sit on a large rock located on the beach.

"Sir, I know you really love Ivy, but can you forget her and just love me?" Scarlett asked with teary eyes.

Alistair shook his head. He pulled Scarlett's head to stick to his shoulder.

"Sometimes, what you want cannot be achieved easily. I can't possibly forget Ivy, she is my true love, "Alistair said, making Scarlett very disappointed.

The sound of Scarlett's crying louder, so that Alistair hugged his secretary tightly.

Sunday morning, as usual Ivy with her sister who was in Plumb Beach enjoyed her morning eating while staring at the beautiful blue sea.

"Sis, this beach is very beautiful, especially if we visit it at sunset, "Ivy said while enjoying the wind that hit her.

Ruby nodded slowly, she smiled broadly at Ivy, "I really like the scenery here."

"Me too," Ivy looked at the other side and her eyes suddenly glared when she accidentally saw a man he loved the most and loved hugging another woman.

Without realizing it, her tears slowly dripped on her cheeks and her heart was very painful.

"Ivy, what happened? Why did you cry?" asked Ruby who was surprised when she saw Ivy crying.

Ruby looked at her sister who was seeing Alistair and Scarlett from where she stood. Ruby turned her gaze towards them, she was about to approach the man, but Ivy prevented her.

"Sis, don't. Just let the two-faced man be happy with other women," Ivy said.

"What about your wedding party that will soon be held in New York and in Paris?" Ruby asked confused and angry.

Ivy held her temple. She felt dizzy with the problems she was facing right now.

"I will think about it after we return home," Ivy said quietly.

"Are you sure you don't want to talk to Alistair first? Who knows what we see is just a misunderstanding," Ruby replied.

Ruby saw Ivy just shook her head, she finally obeyed her sister's request. Increasingly, Ivy's heart was getting sliced, so that she ran fast while crying sobbing.

At that time, Ivy just wanted to avoid Alistair and Scarlett. She was unable to withstand the pain in her heart, as well as a very large disappointment towards her future husband.
