She scrunched her face up at the splitting ache in her head before opening her eyes again. A man was with a needle, ready to insert it in her anytime from his face. A woman sat beside her, her palm around her small hand, from the way she was holding her, she could tell the woman was holding her down. “Where am I?” She finally muttered, darting her eyes between both of them. "She's awake." the woman yelled out. “Get the alpha, now!” The man with the needle ordered as the woman eyed her before standing up. “Where am I?” She asked again, closing her eyes tightly and trying to remember anything. Her father. A meeting. The elders. A light. “Ahh!” She half growled out as she opened her eyes again. “Do not come near me!” She snapped at the man before he could come any closer. She managed to sit up. She couldn’t remember anything, but fragments of the last incident.
