Chapter 49

William just finished the phone call with Brieanna and the smile he had when they were talking had remained on his face. She had found out his background. Now he really doubts her to say yes to him if he asks for her hand.

At the moment, he is packing his things. He knows it is just the first day with the two-day agreement but he can't waste a day traveling. If he goes after two days that'll cost him another day's travel so, he'd see her the fourth day or evening on the third which is far too long for him.

Tomorrow, he will know if he'd take the ocean route or fly directly with Mochi. He would not leave their Mochi behind, Brieanna will kill him if he does.

To pay off some of his absence, he will be doing the workload first. It'll be hard to do it when he gets back. Who knows what surprises Viola will be giving him when he returns.
