NANCY'S POV

The incident with the rogue wolf had shaken me so much that even days after I still feel the fear that had engulfed me that day.

I know it's because the incident had triggered the memories of what had happened to my parents and Kelvin the night they'd died.

I'd seen their body after, it had made me throw up.

The memories had kept me up the first night, haunting me, now I wake up screaming from nightmares, dreaming he'd gotten me before Aaron did and had gutted me the same way my family had been.

Aaron had saved my life, again, and now I owed him for it.
