Chapter Thirty Five

NANCY'S POV

I ran out of my room, hurrying down the hall and stairs in a blind race to find him, stopping myself from considering the possibility of someone else still lurking in here looking for who to harm.

It'd really suck for me to die now, without even getting to at least have a proper boy or get married and have kids.

Hell, I haven't even lost my V-card yet.

I needed to find him and fast before whoever that guy is gets further away and out of reach.

I knew for sure that he wasn't in his room because I'd watched him take the stairs but I have no fucking idea where he'd be in this insanely large house.

Fuck.

"Aaron." The name was like a small prayer on my lips as my eyes darted around the sitting room I just ran into, with lots of pairs of eyes staring at me like I'm a freak.

I ignored the looks, focusing my thoughts on the only thing that mattered in the moment, the more time I take in finding him, the further that man can get and that will be it.
