'We are coming.'
Lina shuddered. The three ominous words that were written in red paint in the bathroom mirror kept on replaying in her head. They were like three pairs of eyes, staring at her, looking straight to her soul, telling her to run for they are coming. Her nightmares where a pack of dogs was running after her flashed in her head and she whimpered.
She pulled Eon's leather jacket's collar tighter around her neck. His scent that was clinging on the leather gave her comfort. Eon gave her his jacket when she wouldn't stop shaking the moment she saw the words of the people who were after her. Now, he is the one talking to the hotel management about what happened because she couldn't form a coherent sentence.
