Chapter 23
I and Cameron walked Maya to her house. "Bye, see you tomorrow," I said to Maya who was standing in front of her house with Cameron adoring her with his eyes.
It was dark, but the street light did a good job by illuminating the beautiful environment.
"Uh, kiss her already." I whined, walking up to them and pushing their heads together.
They both chuckled and refused to let their lips touch so I gave up and wondered why I even accepted to walk her out with him.
"So, how's tomorrow going to be?" Maya asked Cameron, while I matched over to chair in front of their porch and sat. My little feet hurt and I just wanted to be home.
My phone vibrated, causing take it out and my eyes beheld a message from Bellamy.
Lamy: Hey babe, what's cooking?

The night was dark and only the blue light illuminated my room because sleeping without light was almost impossible to me. I tossed and turned on the bed, finding it very hard to sleep. The crickets chirped and my clock ticked.I reached a hand to my phone on my side table and jeez! It was fifty minutes after eleven. I was awake and it wasn't a movie or a midnight snack. My stomach grumbled at the thought of a snack. I kicked my blankets off and slid on my flip flops.I walked down the stairs, while yawning and rubbing my eyes. My feet took me to the kitchen. Hoisting myself out of the bed, I pulled off my off shoulders shirt and let my hair cascade down my back.
