Chapter 43
I ran as fast as my weary feet could take me and glanced over my shoulder to see if he was after me, but he wasn't. Just as I averted my gaze to my front, I tripped on something and landed on my knees.
Balls of tears raced down my cheeks and my heart combusted in my chest. This feeling was a terrible one and I couldn't take it. I wanted to scream and tell the world just how evil Bellamy was. Maya warned me about him, but I never listened! I followed my stupid heart and didn't take my brain with me.
"Why?" I sobbed, clutching my heart.

After a week of being a misery gut, I finally found me some happiness! I couldn't wait to get myself a rebound even if my conscience had been judging me about using somebody. Maya giggled and hoped on my bed."What's happening?" She asked, poking my ribs."Stop poking me."
