Andre and I sat on the table my best friend and I usually ate lunch, chattering and giggling. I glanced around the hall and couldn't make any of the faces I saw to be that of Maya's. She had developed the habit of coming late to the cafeteria which was unlike her.
"Babe, what do you think about this?" Andre tapped my shoulders and showed me a picture of a girl sitting on the floor in her undies and her tongue was out in a crazy style.
"Seductive, I guess." I puckered my forehead and wondered why he showed me the picture of a half naked brunette. Wasn't I supposed to be his girlfriend or something? "Why?"
