Chapter 52

I rested my back on the bench that was beside the principal's office and tapped my fingers impatiently on it, waiting for Andre to come out from the place I dreaded. I hated going to the principal's office, my reputation was something I never wanted to spoil. Well, the dare thing tarnished my image already. 

I crossed one leg over the other and glanced around with my lips pursed. The principal was a quiet man, but had this 'don't mess with me' aura around him. I could hear voices in the office and it seemed like they had summoned their parents. 

I held my head in my hands and maybe this rebound thing was a bad idea. My conscience judged me everyday for wanting to use someone to give me happiness without thinking about his feelings. 

The sound of the door pulling open jerked me back into reality
