EIGHTY THREE

Malvika rolled around in bed, yawning and squeezing her eyes shut. She stayed put on the bed for a while with her eyes closed before she finally opened them. Reaching her hands out, she grabbed her phone and turned it on. Her eyes blinked twice when she saw the time. Half last nine? Oh shit, shit, shit, she thought as she scrambled out of bed and made her way to the bathroom hurriedly.

Today was Friday and well, since she got a job at the restaurant yesterday, she was pretty sure that she was supposed to be there by now. Damn it.

She had never had a job before, so, she had never gotten used to waking up early for one. And now that she had one, she was about to royally fuck things up.

She had a quick bath and quickly slipped on a pair of jean trousers, a top and some sneakers. She grabbed her phone, her purse and a comb. Then, she hurried out of the room, towards the elevator and out of the hotel.
