James and Donald are standing in the herb shop with shock washing their faces.
"What the hell happened here?"Donald asked one of the agaents when they came close to them."I don't know. Could be a robbery."That was all they got as they saw the dead blind woman on the floor of the herb shop."Sophia Kellen."The cheif spoke to the agents sitting in the office at the station."Time of death is said to be 2:00 am and the wappon seems to be a knife. Victim was stabbed three times throught the chest and once at the back. There seems to be no sign of struggle on the body nor the shop so who ever is the killer, might have either catched her off guard or is some one she didn't thought would hurt her. Carella stood before a dead woman laying on the streched bed.Her hands were fisted by her side and shaking as she smelled the scent of disinfectant.No. She can't be dead?Carella still refused to believe that Sophia is dead. She refused to hold the hands of the person infront of her and feel her long time saviours' hand for the last time.The two agents were standing by the door, carefully watching Carella and Mark in the room."Can you give us a moment?"Mark spoke up towards the agents without looking at them.He knows that Carella wants to hold Sophias' hand in hers. The funeral was held two days after Carella last saw Sophias' body at a near by cemitary.The day was sunny. The perfect weather mocked them of their loss.Carella stood among the people in full black next to Mark and all the people that came to see Sophia rest.As the priste spoke, Carella couldn't help but wonder who might have done this. Sophia was never the kind of person that creates enemies or even upsets people. She had never done anyone wrong.All Sophia ever knew was helping childern who had no homes and who had been abused by the system.Gradualy, one by one, the people gave their condolences and left while Carella stood infront of Sophias' grave without speaking a word.In the end, she got absolutely no answers more than a dead silence. She sighed in defeat and streched her white cane ready to go home and dwell just a little bit more.Her slow steps were stopped by a thin voice calling out her name."Carella? Heather stood infront of the beautiful curvy gate and took a deep breath. Once she walks in, she will face the wrath of the cold and indifferent lady. And she was ready for war.She walked closer to the gate and rang the bell.Immideatly, a voice spoke out of the speaker and asked who it was."Hi...umm..i'm Heather Liffman.""And what is your business with the Madam.""I'm a friend of hers." "She's a reporter."Mark sits down next to Carella in the garden."A reporter?"Carella asked as a frown graces her face. What is a reporter doing on her door steps. Especially someone who had hated her most of her life. What was Heather looking for here? Sitting in her garden and sipping wine at some occation were moments he always looked forward to.It never really has a time or a date. It always depends on his madam moods."Who did what?""Sophia. Carella was sitting inside a local cafè, sipping tea after a long day of shoping for more pots and flower seeds.Mark was sitting infront of her before he excused himself to the restroom.As Carella sat there by herself, a thin voice calls out her name."Carella?"She turned to the direction of the voice she hadn't heard in a long time."Yes?" Carella asked, excited to meet the only girl that was ever good to her in the orphanage and in Sophias' house.Betty ran closer to a now standing Carella and pulled her in a thight hug.Betty refused to let her go until she hugged her to all her heart desired and pulled back to look at Carella."How long has it been?" Robel waits for the agents to come to the dining room.As soon as they walked in, they saw the feast on the table mocking them. It was a feast enough to feed an entire village.Robel Petro smiles at them from his seat as he stabs and cuts his t-bone steak with a sharp silver knife and a silver fork."Please, Agent James, Agent Donald, join me."The maids brough out two more dishes and left without lifing their heads up.James and Donald looked at eachother before they sat across from eachother with Robel in the middel at the head of the table.James looks at the food infront of him just as Donald does.Donald seemed to be losing the battle in his head. He knows that they are not going to eat. He knows that that they shouldn't. Betty stood infront of Carellas' gate and refuses to give into the urge to walk away. But instead, she rung the bell until she heard a warm voice of an old lady answer through the speaker."I'm Bette Jona. I was hoping to see Carella today." Betty spoke closer ro the speaker just to be sure that the person on the other side would hear clearly."What business do you have with the madam?" The old lady asked Betty through the speaker."Umm...i guess i'm her friend. Please let me in." She asked in her sweet thin voice and the other side became silent.Betty wasn't sure the person heard her so she got closer, almost pressed her lips to the speaker and repeated her words again.Maria looked at the girl who just clamied to be the madams' friend through the camera that was well hidden above the gate and smile when she saw the girl almost kiss the speaker."Who is it?" Carellas' wadm voice came from behind Maria as she turned aound to look at the woman.

Carella sat at the dinner tabel and ate in silence with Maria and her son.Mark was still not out of his room and it concerned Carella dearly.Maria saw the worry in Carellas' face and sighed."Don't worry, Dear. Just give him sometime. He'll be fine." She commented as Brian looked at the two ladies talk."Mama, where is uncle Mark?" Brian asked Carella as he took a big bite of his chicken.Carella sighed "In his room." She answered and Brian pouted his lips."Did uncle Mark get grounded."Carella and Maria laughed after hearing Brian and Carella nodded her head."Yes, Sweetheart. He's grounded because he wouldn't eat his vegetables." Maria answered as she pushed the plate holding the vegetables towards Brian.He pouted more and turned to his mom."Is it true?
