12-Rainstorm

He told me that he could deliver the groceries tomorrow for his mother. I told him no. After our little moment I felt better. So he drove us to his house.

We made our way to the house and he opened it. We walked inside and he was met by his mom hugging him. So cute. She looked at me and then at him. Oh please don't let her also hate me.

"Famous Sophia Anderson. It's so good to finally meet you. I read your books and they're so good. Congrats on being a talented writer." She gave me a warm smile. Now I see where Lance got his sweet side.

"Thank you, Mrs Jacobs." I smiled back.

"Call me, Laura. Mrs Jacobs will be yours someday." She joked. I couldn't help but chuckled. Lance just rolled his eyes.

"See, Lance. Even your mom wants you to marry me." I chuckled some more as he rolled his eyes again. "I keep telling him that but he's in denial." I told Laura she just laughed.
