26. Don't Give Up

The sound of gunfire sent all the patrons scattering. Some fell to the ground, and others chose to hide behind the bar.

The club, which was initially calm, became chaotic. They all didn't want to linger in the club. Those who wanted to get out pushed those in front of them; they also didn't care that some fell and were trampled.

Right now, Jasmine is also being tossed around by a sea of people. She didn't know who to ask for help. All the exits had been filled with impatient humans, and now Jasmine was still sitting frightened at the same table as Brian.

"Are you okay?" Brian asked Jasmine. He also hugged Jasmine's body. Unlike Anya, who was currently in the arms of Brian's best friend,.

"You two, take it easy; let's go upstairs and find your rooms. It seems safer in your room than here." Brian made a suggestion, which Jasmine rejected outright.

"What if Jackson was waiting for us on purpose? I'm scared, Brian." Jasmine expressed what she was afraid of. her fears.

With Jasmine still in his arms, Brian slowly ordered Anya to walk first. Remembering how Jasmine hid her face made Brian more relaxed if he brought Jasmine upstairs. As he promised Mike, Brian would look after Jasmine.

Finally, the four of them made it to a room. This time, they were in Leah's room. Not knowing why, Brian had a bad feeling about Anya's room and also Jasmine's, so he chose Leah's room.

The noise outside the room continued. It was certain that some of them were also trying to escape.

Brian thought that this was all planned. He knew when Mike left and Jasmine would be brought back to the club. After this is over, Brian will ask Mike about the members. He was afraid that one of them might be betrayed.

Jasmine and Anya, who had been encouraging each other, could only cry. Neither of them knew that there would be such a dangerous thing as this. If she had known something like this would happen, Jasmine would have chosen to stay longer at Mike's house. Brian was right in saying that Mike's house was safer.

Jasmine realized that this was all her fault, so if she continued to run away, this problem would not be solved. There would be casualties, not just injuries.

Jasmine got off the bed and walked towards the door. Meanwhile, Brian and his friend had been checking outside through the window. Anya, who was tired, fell asleep. When Jasmine came out, none of them were awake.

Jasmine walked slowly through the hallway. It was very quiet, like there was no sign of life in the hallway. The door to the room was open, and beds were scattered about. No one was there.

Jasmine went back down to the club area. There, she saw Leah on her knees in front of Jackson. Leah's face had been battered by Jackson's men.

Seeing a helpless Leah made Jasmine run down the stairs. Jasmine stood right in front of Jackson, who was preparing to throw a punch at Leah.

"Wow, you're here? I missed you so much." Jackson said, stroking Jasmine's smooth cheek.

Jasmine just closed her eyes. She wanted to get rid of Jackson's hand, but she didn't want to be hit. In the end, she chose silence over resistance.

"Why are you doing this to her? You don't know if she is a woman. Jackson realizes that you were born from a woman's womb." Jasmine shouted in front of Jackson.

This is Jackson, who does not get angry when Jasmine gets angry at him. He just assumes Jasmine is upset, and he accepts that. Although he was originally annoyed by Jasmine's remarks, she never saw his sacrifice.

Jasmine turned around and immediately helped Leah. He was about to walk out of the club in search of the P3K box when Jackson stopped him. Jackson even handed over the item that Jasmine was looking for.

"You don't have to look for it anymore; I will get it for you." Jasmine accepted the P3K box with annoyance.

Meanwhile, the two men who were currently in Leah's room just realized that Jasmine was not in the room.

"Where did Jasmine go?" Brian asked his friend.

"You seem wrong to ask me. I was by your side the whole time. How did I know Jasmine was gone?" Brian's friend replied with a grumble.

"Sorry. We should wake Anya up; maybe she knows where Jasmine is." Brian suggested.

"No!" said Brian's friend, who stopped Brian's actions.

The man walked towards the door that was not closed tightly. They both thought that Jasmine had been kidnapped, but seeing that the door was fine made them both stare at each other.

"Is that woman crazy?" he babbled in annoyance and quickly walked out of the room. Brian and his friend walked side by side to the club area. They both walked stealthily and watched out for each other.

"Wait, isn't that Jasmine?" Brian pointed at his friend. He also wanted to make sure that the woman in the center of the club, who was usually used for the dance floor, was two women. The only one they were sure of was Jasmine.

"She doesn't look like someone who was kidnapped at all. Or did she just turn herself in?" His friend's remark irritated Brian. He knew very well that Jasmine had always tried to stay away from Jackson, so there was no way that she would just turn herself in this time.

Neither of them dared to come closer. They just watched from a distance, and if they saw Jasmine being hurt, then they would help.

Fifteen minutes passed, and the two were still watching Jasmine casually. They also saw the look of hatred in Jasmine's eyes as Jasmine and Jackson's eyes met.

"You have treated her; now you must go with me." Jackson pulled on Jasmine's hand, which was immediately blocked by Jasmine.

"I will not leave this club. If you are going to hurt me or even kill me, I will accept it," Jasmine shouted out loud.

Hearing Jasmine's words, Jackson immediately released his grip. He was still looking at Jasmine in awe. Until someone threw a ball right at Jackson's head.

A displeased Jackson immediately cast his eyes around to find out who dared to play with him. When their eyes met, Jackson fell silent.
