~Dorian's POV~

I carefully watched the hybrid as she slept on the ground. Her legs and hands were free and unlike before, she looked peaceful rather than a mess. Though she was supposed to look bruised and broken.

I don't get what made Dad so furious that he almost killed Samuel. Forget Samuel, he even tried to rip his heart out.

Things have become messy ever since this hybrid came here, especially with Dad. He is always looking for ways to give her the worst time in his own way. He doesn't want my grandfather to know that his treaty with werewolves has been breached by his own son. Hence, we have to take every step very differently and in ways that we don't like. We hate waiting and right now, we were only waiting.

Her eyes started to flicker and soon she opened her eyes. Her eyes shot open as she saw me standing against the wall and she sat straight, "Where is Louis?"
