It had been two weeks since Juniper was taken, and Beatrix had broken their bond making Euan just a shell of himself. He hadn’t been the same, he was like a walking zombie and if he wasn’t numb to everything, he was metaphorically ripping the heads off of our pack members and subjects. There were several times we had to sedate him and Dakota because he was flying off the handle. My cousin, Alstin, and my Uncle Albrun were working hard trying to locate the rogue camp in the Rogue Lands. My brother-in-law Lysander was doing everything he could to find the rogue necromancer, Agitha, who brought Beatrix back to life. Both searches weren’t going well; the Rogue Lands were cloaked with dark magic, and no one was willing to talk about Ganon and his possible students. Lysander didn’t want to have to use extreme measures, but it was getting to that point.
