I know it has been a while since I've updated this book, however; I've been going through a really difficult time personally between family stuff and medical stuff. I've also been dealing with a really bad case of writer's block. I've been slowly getting back into writing this book so I promise I am working on it! Juniper, 12 years old: Run. That was all I could focus on, running, getting to the safehouse where my siblings would be along with the other non-shifted children of the pack would be. (Juniper’s P.O.V) 4 years later: Walking through the halls of my high school, I keep my head down and try and make myself as small as possible. I don’t feel like dealing with people today, not that I ever feel like dealing with people. Particularly teenagers, especially THESE teenagers. After the rogue attack and waking up in the hospital after spending two weeks in a coma, I woke up sounding like I smoked 5 packs a day. All of the doctors my parents had taken me to, all said the same thing, that I would never get my voice back. Even talking with Fae healers, spell casters, and elves nothing could be done.
