I turned my full attention to Lucy who still seemed bold despite all what I just said and I knew immediately that she had heard something and that’s why she is here.
“Aren’t you scared? Are you not scared of what she can do to your family or should I say to your whole pack when she is a fully fledged Luna?” Lucy whispered to me as she still continued her pace towards me with the same blunt smirk she had from earlier in the throne room.
“She cannot do anything because she is only the queen of this pack and not mine.” I said to Lucy who chuckled out loudly.
“She can do so many things and that includes things you don’t expect.” Lucy continued and that made me confused as I kept quit and silently waited for her to say all the things she had to say before I started claiming Amelia can’t do anything to me because at this rate I also don’t know what she can do to me.
“Alpha Damien has initiated for a while thousands of bloodthirsty werewolf armies to be under Amelia’s command and where do you think she would attack first? Your home.” Lucy whispered and that made me shiver in fright.
“Amelia won’t ever try to do something like that.” I stuttered while I thought of the whole idea and it made perfect sense.
“Oh really, why don’t you wait, watch and see what she does too bad when you would think of stopping her, it would have become so much more powerful and unstable than you .” Lucy said but I was still shakened I was when she said those words.
“We can’t leave so easily, I need to talk to the king.” I said before walking away.
“You should be quite convincing because she is in charge of making you stay here and I would also love you to stay because I think we would get along very well.” Lucy said before walking with me back into the throne room as I was aware she wanted to know how the confrontation would be.
I walked into the throne room and to my surprise only Alpha Damien was there with his beta as he signed some documents, he looked up and noticed my presence but still continued his signing while Lucy went back to her seat and I Attis there quietly till he was through with everything and handed them to his beta who walked out but not before giving me the weird
glare.
“Aren’t you supposed to be packing up? Why are you here? Do you need another favor?” Alpha Damien said to me but I shrugged at all his questions and moved closer to the throne.
“We…we can’t just be banished so easily, we are her family but yet we are to be thrown out, aren’t you puzzled as to why she wants us out of her business so quickly?” I asked the king confidently.
“She just doesn’t want you all here, you can leave now and let’s not talk about this anymore.” Alpha Damien said and stood up to leave.
“Do you know Amelia is still meant to meet her second chance mate sooner or later!! And what’s going to happen to you when that happens!!!” I exclaimed and Alpha Damien couldn’t help but stop as he turned to look at me and just then his son , Luther walked in and stared at all of us in confusion.
“What do you mean by what would happen to me if she found her mate, I am her destined mate!!” Alpha Damien yelled and I became happy, happy to know even Alpha Damien was insecure and scared of losing Amelia to her true mate.
“That’s the truth Alpha Damien, you are just making her your Luna becomes you think she belongs to you but she doesn’t and even if you decided to keep her sealed in this palace the moon goddess has already picked someone suitable for her and of this days the mate pull would bring him here.” I said with a tone more like a threat and Alpha Damien couldn’t hold it in and rushed up to me grabbing my arm tightly, I turned to look at Luther and something was fishy about him…he seemed happy instead of angry that on of this days Amelia real mate would come to take her, I would find out what is going on soon…I need to know what goes on in luther mind.
“How can you speak of something like that to my face, Amelia belongs to me alone!!” Alpha Damien yelled and I felt more content, I still stood straight without shaking even though I was shaking from within me out of fright.
“It’s the truth alpha and you know the funniest part, you can’t put all hopes on Amelia because me and you know the mate pull is stronger than any kind of love, that’s why mates can’t help but fall in love with each other.”I whispered with a threat oozing voice and Alpha Damien let’s go of my arm angrily, turning away as he scattered his hair in anger, he turned to look at me with a smile.
“Amelia can never love her mate, because her inner wolf in locked.” Alpha Damien said and for a minute there I was speechless, unable to know what else to say or what to use against Amelia.
“Are you so sure Alpha Damien?” Lucy said as she slowly walked towards us.
“From what we saw the other day in the dining room, Amelia's inner wolf was trying to talk to her and even shared her name with her…we could see how shakened she was to be connected to her wolf for the first time. Why if her wolf that has been locked for so long get lost?” Lucy said looking at me with a smirk, this means she had joined hands with me and was about to help me.
