Chapter 25

Isabella.

It was late and I really missed Brandon. Normally on the weekends he’d bring me cookies or chocolates and we’d play board games together with my family. I don’t know what it is about him that makes me feel so calm, every time I see him my stomach flips in a good way. He’s so tall and handsome, well built too but most of all he’s kind and that’s what I think attracts me to him.

I didn’t really mean to say I wanted him there with me to find my mate. What I really wanted was for him to scare away anyone who wasn’t him because I don’t think I’d be able to love someone else. Love, me and this one sided love of mine. After all, he's way older than me. I don't think he’d want someone so young and immature as a mate anyway. But I really wish he did. It was late my brothers weren’t home yet and mom and dad went out of town for a date night. I took my time and strolled to the waterfall. It's one of my favorite places to go when I can't think straight.
