After picking out a lilac lace dress and white sandals to wear, I braided my brown locks.
"Love, they're here!" Kielton called for me from downstairs.
"Coming!" I checked my appearance before practically skipping my way to the living room.

I'm aching all over. Sweat sticks to me like second skin as I continued to run. My hands were bloodied and the only cloth I'm wearing is stained with blotches of blood.
