Synopsis

Finally running away from her captors, whom she almost had a traumatizing experience with, Xanthe stumbled on the woods. There she met a wolf with enigmatic piercing green eyes that seemed to struck her whole being. On that day, Xanthe met her angel wolf.

CHAPTER I
I'm aching all over. Sweat sticks to me like second skin as I continued to run.   My hands were bloodied and the only cloth I'm wearing is stained with blotches of blood.   All I can see are trees and the misty fog.   Searing pain shot up my legs and I decided to rest for a while to give my poor self a break.   Silence.   Complete utter silence. Getting inside, everything looks so spacious. And empty.   I can feel the loneliness in here.   "Welcome to our home, love." The next day, Kielton took me to the city for shopping.   I bought a few dresses, a couple of skirts and shorts, and some oversized shirts.   What he didn't know is that I only purchased a minimum of shirts because I prefer wearing his more than anything.   I was a little unease with him spending money on me but he insisted, saying that I deserve it and all.   At first, I disagreed with him.
