"Sandrius." I nudged him.
"What?" He spared me a glance, and continued to watch the movie we were watching.
"I feel really weird."
"You just find that out now?" Sandrius continued eating his pizza.
I slapped his arm and he yelped.
"What the fuck?" He gave me a skeptical look. "You hit like a freaking bitch!"
I looked down at my hands with a pout. "I did?"
"Yes!" He exclaimed.
"I didn't mean to. I'm sorry. But, I really do feel weird, Sandy."

Showcasing only the fluff
I'm aching all over. Sweat sticks to me like second skin as I continued to run. My hands were bloodied and the only cloth I'm wearing is stained with blotches of blood. All I can see are trees and the misty fog. Searing pain shot up my legs and I decided to rest for a while to give my poor self a break. Silence. Complete utter silence. Not even a single cricket can be heard. I looked up to see the sky turning a soft glow of pink and orange. It's so pretty. When had I last seen this? I can't even remember.
My hands were shaking as I hugged him. Were they really dead? All of them? Am I free from them? I'm overwhelmed with the fact that there's no more chasing. No more running away. I cried as I hugged the wolf tighter. My angel wolf. Mistaking my cries for distress, the wolf whined and licked those tears away. I didn't mind that it was literally on someone's head just a few moments ago. This angel wolf of mine saved my life. Before I even realized it, I was lulled to sleep.
He chuckled. Rumbles vibrated throughout his body. Making me feel flushed for an unknown reason. I casted him a confused glance as he put me down, back on my feet. "You recognize me, love. For that, I am very happy." He sent me a smile. "I know that you are filled with questions, but first of all, my name is Kielton. River Glow's Alpha." His chest puffed out with pride as he claimed that. He then gestured towards Mikhail, "He is the Beta of the pack. My second in command." Mikhail bowed his head, and I nodded to him in acknowledgment.
Getting inside, everything looks so spacious. And empty. I can feel the loneliness in here. "Welcome to our home, love." He shyly scratched his neck. Kielton looked innocent and adorable with that action. This proves looks can be deceiving. The guy literally mutilated a group on his wolf form yesterday. He led me up to, what I assume, his room. "This is my room, love. You will be sleeping here with me," Then he quickly added, "But, if you're uncomfortable, you can stay in the room next to mine."
The next day, Kielton took me to the city for shopping. I bought a few dresses, a couple of skirts and shorts, and some oversized shirts. What he didn't know is that I only purchased a minimum of shirts because I prefer wearing his more than anything. I was a little unease with him spending money on me but he insisted, saying that I deserve it and all. At first, I disagreed with him. But, he was pretty persistent, I gave up. Then it was time for me to buy my undergarments. He followed me inside the store, making me embarrassed.
Kielton came home to see Sandrius and I huddled up on the floor with tubs of ice cream scattered around. "Oh, look, Xanthe. It's your mate." "Dipshit!" I giggled. Kielton looked shocked at what I said and Sandrius guffawed next to me. After a moment of recovering himself, my mate pulled me away from Sandy's embrace. My head and body started swaying when I stood up. "Who taught you to call me that?" He frowned. I innocently pointed at Sandrius, whose eyes widened. "
"Love, wake up. I need to take you to the pack doctor to check your wounds." I heard Kielton's voice from beside me. I groaned and sat up. My eyes dropping. He chuckled and picked me up. Then, I was put down on a cold surface. I opened one eye groggily and saw myself on the marbled sink. While waiting for the tub to fill up, Kielton went back to me to help me take off my clothes. I went limp when I was placed on the tub now filled with water. "Come on, love. Don't sleep." He held my head up and gently patted my cheeks. I ignored him and remained my eyes closed.
