Lily came to the airport to pick up Sky.

She waited for 10 minutes until Sky finally appeared infront of her.

"Omg Sky! I have missed you so much!", Lily hugged Sky tightly.

"I have missed you too", Sky smiled brightly.

"I can't believe you're back. I thought you're gonna stay there after they offered you such a great job", Lily said helping her with her luggage.

"I have some business left undone here", Sky said in a firm tone.

"Are you talking about him?", Lily asked in a low voice.

"How is he?", Sky asked slowly.

"He came to me the day you left", Lily told her the whole incident.

She told Elliot not to look for Sky. She didn't even give him any explanation as she thought he didn't deserve one.

"He looked for you everywhere. He gave up when I told him not to bother you as you no longer want to see him", Lily told her.

"He got angry at me for not revealing your location", she said angrily.

"Now he's getting engaged to that shameless Norah", Lily gave her the latest update.

"As expected", Sky chuckled.

"Don't get upset", Lily tried to comfort her.

"He doesn't deserve your love anyway", she said and opened the door of the car.

"Lets go to my home", she said while starting the engine.

"No, I wanna stay in a hotel", Sky said while fastening her seatbelt.

"No, you can't", Lily disagreed.

"You have came back after such a long time. I won't let you go anywhere else. You're going to stay with me", she said and drove the car towards her home.

"Ok, I will come with you but I won't stay for the night", Sky said leaving no room for discussion.

Lily wanted to convince her but she knew the reason why Sky doesn't want to stay with her.

She doesn't want to be dependent on anyone anymore.

"Mom has made your favourite dishes. Especially your favourite pasta", Lily told enthusiastically.

Sky couldn't speak for a while.

"What happened? Did I say something wrong?", Lily asked anxiously.

"No, I just...", Sky paused for a while.

"I just missed my Aunt. She used to make my favourite pasta for me. It just reminded me of her", she finally told her the truth.

"Oh", Lily said.

"Well, you can meet your Aunt, can't you?", Lily asked suddenly.

"No, I can't face her", Sky shook her head.

"I left without saying anything to her, she'd be mad at me", Sky knew her aunt very well.

"Forget about them all, it's a new start for you. Lets just focus on ourselves", Lily tried to change the topic.

"What's your plan? Are you going to look for a job? Lily asked with curiosity.

"My senior is already here. I'll work for him", Sky told her plan.

"Your senior? Carl?", Lily asked.

"Yes, he offered me a job when I told him my plan to return back to my country", Sky told her.

"That would be good. He's rich and handsome and good to you", Lily got excited.

"Yes, but I only respect him as my senior. There's nothing more to it", Sky said firmly.

"Don't tell me you're never gonna fall in love again", Lily grunted.

"One bad experience doesn't mean that you will never find your true love", she educated her.

"I have no time for love", Sky told looking at her watch.

"We're almost there", Lily took a turn and stopped infront of a huge mansion.

The door opened and she drove in.

Lily's mother was waiting for them.

She hugged Sky multiple times while looking at her emotionally.

She knew Sky since she was a child so she was very attached to her.

"I have missed you so much Sky", Maria said holding her hands.

"I have missed you too Aunt", Sky said with genuine love.

"Lets go in", she said and took them in.

They ate the food prepared by Maria and chatted for a long time.

Sky looked at her watch and stood up.

"I need to leave now", she said.

"Dear, can't you stay with us?", Maria said as she doesn't want her to leave.

"I can't Aunt", Sky shook her head, "but I'll ofteb come to meet you", she added.

Maria reluctantly gave her permission to leave.

Sky had already called for a cab.

It took her 15 minutes to arrive at the hotel she booked before coming here.

She entered her room and placed her luggage.

She was tired due to the long flight so she slept as soon as she fell on the bed.

The next day, she woke early to get ready for her first day at job.

Carl had asked her to rest for a few days but she refused his offer.

She got ready and left her room with her handbag and some files.

She was running fast as she doesn't want to get late at her first day at work when she suddenly bumped into someone.

"I'm sorry", she said politely but immediately got stunned when she saw Elliot infront of her.

Elliot too was stunned.

It felt like the time has stopped between them as the both looked at each other.

Sky snapped back to reality as she remembered that dreadful night.

She bent down to pick her files.

Elliot too snapped back and looked at her with cold eyes.

"There's nothing good about having such big eyes if you ain't gonna use them", Elliot said coldly.

Sky was stunned.

"He has never talked to me like that", she thought to herself.

"I have already said I'm sorry", she said as she tried to walk away.

Elliot grabbed her arm.

"No one can bump in me and just leave like that", Elliot said coldly.

"Let me go", Sky said looking angrily at him.

"What if I don't?", Elliot said looking straight into her eyes.

"I hate you Elliot Frost", Sky said and pushed him away.

"The feelings are mutual", Elliot said coldly behind her.

Sky's heart trembled.

She took a deep breath reminding herself of that night.

"Don't appear infront of me ever again and don't touch me with those dirty hands of yours", Sky said with disgust remembering that night and left.

Elliot felt his heart shattering into millions of pieces.

"She thinks my hands are dirty?", he felt pain in his heart.

"They were right, she never loved me", he coldly thought to himself.
