Chapter 63

 Of course I would look and smell so filthy. I just returned from a battle. 

I went back into the bathroom and I had my bath. 

Looks like I will have to resume work tomorrow. 

After taking a bath that almost lasted an hour, I came out of the bathroom feeling like a new person. 

You know that new feeling, that feeling of clean freshness when you are just done bathing? That's exactly how I felt. 

The thought of the alpha's death still penetrated my mind. 

He had saved me from what could have been my last memory on earth. 

He really did loved me. Even after knowing that Stark was the one I love, he sacrificed his life for mine. He is truly a great alpha and a great companion. 

I like him for who he is. 

 I just feel bad that I don't love him the way he loves me.  

I put on a night gown since it was almost night time again and sat on the bed.
