Chapter seventeen (stay for the night)

Stark was scratching the back of his head as looked at me hopelessly.

"Yes?" I said.

"Well, uh..." Stark replied hesitantly.

"Well? Out with it." I said.

"I don't know how it happened but it happened." Stark said.

"What happened?" I asked.

"It's my car. I mean it's my car tyres." Stark said.

I just stood there looking at him, waiting for him to tell me what was going on.

"My... I mean my car tyres, all four have been flattened." He explained.

"Right in the middle of the night?" I asked.

"Hey, if you don't believe me then come see for yourself." He said.

He led the to his car and truly, all four tyres were flattened.

I knew for certain that this is the work of the alpha.
