11 Carlos' Lies

They were in that position for a couple of minutes until Alex let go of him. "How can you enjoy kissing your bro? Are you gay?" She said. She then lied down on the bed like nothing happened and slept in an instant. Carlos was left frozen for a moment. He couldn't believe what just happened. He has to admit that he liked it and if she didn't stop kissing him, it might lead to a more passionate activity but he had to remind himself that she is still a minor, meaning he might go to jail if she complains.Carlos can't help himself but to stare at the woman sleeping beside him. She is not that bad. Actually, she’s kind of cute. Short hair suits her but imagining her having a long hair seems better. She is also sexy, and her body can be compared to a ramp model. Her curves are very obvious, and she has a good butt as well. Carlos can't help but to feel a desire growing inside of him, something that he shouldn't feel, especially that the

12 Alex's Transformation

Mrs. Lopez and Alex went to her room to check for some clothes she could wear for tonight's event. Alex couldn't understand how her parents believed Carlos easily. She has been with her parents all her life and she realized that they don't know her that well. How can she change her identity that easily just because of a guy whom she just met? She's not even sure if Carlos has a girlfriend at the moment. All she knows is he is a playboy. "How come your cabinet doesn't have any dress or blouses? I remember your granny always brings some for you whenever she visits." Alex's reverie was stopped by what her mom said. "Where did you put all those clothes?""I sent them away, Mom. You know I'm allergic to girly stuff. You are now like granny. I’m doubting now whether you really know me. Do you really believe that guy downstairs?" She asked."He seems nice to me, and he is very romantic. I really like him." Mrs. Lopez said with a sm

13 The Night After Dinner

Alex acted to punch Carlos upon calling him a duck. "Do you want to die?" "Haha! You're a cute duck. Is that enough? Are you happy now?" He continued laughing.Alex is becoming more and more confused each day, confused about how Carlos treats her. Sometimes he is sweet and sometimes he is a jerk. She is also confused about what she feels towards him. She finds him irritating but at the same time, she is happy to be spending time with him. He pisses her off many times, but she also finds this trait of him charming. She was certain about her identity in the past, but now, she is starting to have feelings of admiration to the opposite sex. She is starting to have feelings for Carlos. The dinner went smoothly. Carlos is a gentleman in front of Mr. and Mrs. Lopez. It's very obvious that the old couple are so happy to see them. They admire the supposed young couple in front of them. Although Alex doesn't feel comfortable, she pretended

14 State of Confusion

Alex woke up the next day alone in her room. She was trying to remember what happened last night. She was sure Carlos slept beside her. She remembered cuddling each other to sleep but where is he now? She checked the clock on her bed side table. It says 9:43 a.m. It's a Sunday. Normally, she spends Sundays resting but today, she feels like she has all the energy to do any activity. She got in her bathroom after getting out from bed to take a shower. She wants to look fresh when she comes out from her room. Just the thought of spending this day with Carlos makes her feel excited. Now that she is sure about her feelings for the man, she would start acting like a real woman. Maybe it would take some time for her to get used to it.After taking a shower, she opened her wardrobe to look for clothes she can wear for today. All her clothes are men's clothing. Most of them are loose t-shirts, long shorts and jeans. She decided to choose s

15 The New Couple

She couldn't sleep that night. She couldn't understand what she feels. She is so mad at Carlos for not informing her about where he is or what he is doing. She is angry that he didn't even check on her. She knows how she can solve her problems. She just needs to call or send a message to Carlos first, but she couldn't give in to him. Sending a message or calling first would mean that she is admitting about her feelings for him. She never had this feeling before. She liked her ex-girlfriends and she maybe fell in love with some of them, but she never felt angry when they never sent her a message. She actually never cared if they pay attention to her or not. She was staring at her phone for many hours now, not knowing what to do. She hates herself for feeling like a fool thinking about someone who is maybe now feeling so relaxed and okay."Hello." She finally decided to call Carlos. The man answered the phone immediately with only a short

16 First Meeting as a Couple

Alex and Carlos are finally a couple. Alex still can't believe that she would be involved in a relationship with the opposite sex. It is something new to her and something she never expected. She doesn't know how to act in as a girlfriend. When she had her partners, she was not thoughtful, and she was not the type who would show her feelings to them. She was caring to them, yes, but she never sent them messages first. She just meets them whenever she feels like it or when they asked her to meet. She could remember how demanding and clingy they were, and she doesn't know whether she should also act the same way to Carlos as them. The next day, Alex woke up happy. Being in love and being in a relationship with Carlos makes her look forward for the end of the week since they will be together for the first time as a couple. Thursday is still four days away, but she can't already contain her excitement. After taking a shower, she put on her u

17 First Date

Alex felt humiliated that day. She couldn’t stop thinking about what just happened. She’s sure that she is now the talk of the campus. It was not her first time to be the topic of almost all the students in MPIS. Many students in her school admire her for being a good basketball player and she became more and more famous after each game. Now, she will be talked about for having a boyfriend, something that no one ever imagined.“Why are you so quiet?” Carlos finally broke the silence. They are now in a cab Carlos hailed outside the school.“I don’t think I can go to school tomorrow. I can’t face my classmates. I also don’t want to answer all the questions they would throw at me.”

18 A Day Filled with Questions

The next day, Alex woke up with a smile on her face. Thinking about meeting Carlos again after her class gives her so much energy. She got her phone to greet her boyfriend “Good morning.” After that, she prepared to go to school. She almost forgot about what happened yesterday. She was sure most students in MPIS will still talk about her today. Having that thought makes her feel nervous. How can she explain that she now has a boyfriend and that she is about to marry him after her high school graduation? As usual, Alex was brought to school by their family driver. She was hesitant to go to school, but she doesn’t have a choice. Skipping classes today wouldn’t mean that students will stop talking about her so she might as well face her problem now.As expected, students stare at Alex

19 The Realization

Alex and Carlos didn’t meet that day. She didn’t receive any call nor text from him. She tried to reach him many times by calling and sending messages but there was not any single reply from him. Alex went home that late afternoon feeling confused. A part of her is mad at Carlos for making her wait but there is also a part of her that says maybe he is busy with something, or maybe like last time, there was an emergency that he has to attend to. Or maybe Carlos, like how she was to her ex-girlfriends is not serious in having a relationship with her. When she arrived her place, she walked to her room immediately. She doesn’t want to talk to anyone. Her parents were surprised to see her home. They tried to ask her a question, but she ignored them and just headed for the stairs as fast as she could.“Do you think they fought?” asked Mr. Lopez who is now in the living room with his wife.

Three Months of Agony

The next three months passed by so fast. Alex became very busy with her preparations for the university entrance exam. Being in a relationship and focusing on her studies are two things that make her so stressed. She wants to spend more time with Carlos, her boyfriend, but she has to prioritize her studies first. There are times that she wants to take a break and just spend a day or two with him, but she was always being pushed away by Carlos. It hurts her feelings at times, but she knows that he is doing it for her. He wants her not to have any regrets later. As he always says, "You always have me and we can do all the things we are supposed to do later, but this exam determines your future. I know I can provide for you later, but it's still different to accomplish something for yourself." It makes her feel that she has now two fathers who are telling her what she has to do. Carlos, on the other hand, is not as busy as her. She doesn't even know what he is up to these days. There were
