Of course, whilst waiting for Kayden to return, Seraphine did not plan to let Aeryes stay there peacefully. In the beginning, she attacked the beast with words, but running out of that, she decided to opt for physical attacks. That's why, wearing a smile on her face, she approached the beast. The discomfort on his face brought her immense joy, and the next movement she took was to squeeze his face, causing his mouth to open. Then, placing a pill inside of his mouth, she ignored his resistance as she pressed down his lips with her palm in order to prevent him from spitting the pill out. Although Aeryes didn't want to swallow the pill, his weakened self was of no match to Seraphine, and the pill started to slowly melt in his mouth, leaving behind a bitter aftertaste.
