The Nanny Affair 의 모든 챕터: 챕터 41 - 챕터 50

Dante stared at the cliff. His head was aching and he was starting to feel light-headed. She had fallen down the cliff and he had done nothing to save her. He had watched her fall down the cliff without fighting for her life. She had fallen into the water probably hitting a rock or drowning. Either way, she was dead and he hadn't been able to stop her. He could have confessed and not given Xavier the joy of breaking them up. Xavier. That single name sent rage through his spine. Whirling around he saw him sitting on the floor with his hands on his head. "I didn't mean it like this, you are supposed to suffer not get the easy way out," Xavier kept muttering repeatedly.

The road was dark and there was snow everywhere. Sean drove quietly knowing Christmas was around the corner.  His mind drifted to a lot of places. He still could not forgive himself for her death but he wouldn't let the guilt eat away his remaining time on earth. Time and time again, he asked himself what would have been different if he hadn't sacrificed them. Perhaps, they would still live in hiding, haunting, and taunting his every move while he kept lying to everyone that mattered to him. Sean chuckled darkly. He was willing to face the truth and say that nothing ever mattered to him or rather no one. Sean Durango looked out for himself only and no one else.

"I can't believe I messed up!" Lee sighed taking a seat on the sofa wiping his sweaty brow while Leo headed to the freezer to gulp down a glass of water. It's been over five days since the death of Natalie although Dante was still finding it difficult to accept that, the realization that he may have lost the only living relation Natalie had fueled his anger towards himself. They've scorched through the entire town searching for Noah but they haven't gotten any luck so far. Ever since the boy ran out of the house that night no one had ever seen him. It was like he disappeared from the face of the earth. "Daddy?" Dante suppressed a sigh as Chloe stalked down the stairs wearing her signature pout

Natalie knew she shouldn't stare, it was bad to stare at people you've just met but she couldn't help herself. The cocky-ass man standing before her wearing an arrogant smirk on his face was one of the most handsome men she's ever seen. He was dressed in dark-blue faded jeans that hugged his lean long legs and snug around his lower region. His shirt was open and there was a sheen of perspiration on his forehead despite the cool breeze. She drooled shamelessly at his broad muscular chest with sprinkles of hair on them, his taut stomach and abdomen made a V-line down his jean where she could make out the outline of his lower region. She was comfortable staring down at him she didn't need to look up, she mused with a cat-like grin.

The only time someone had fussed over him was before his mom died and ever since then nothing of the such has happened again not even when he woke up from a coma after two years. But now, Noah was being fussed over by an unfamiliar woman with warm brown eyes and curly blonde hair. She was gushing over him and radiating with happiness. "Oh my gosh, Sean he's so handsome!" She exclaimed with excitement. His annoying father beamed with pride. The nerve of that man! "I know, he just needs a home and food," Sean beamed. No, I need to find my sister, Noah wanted to say but kept quiet by the stern look on Sean's face. "You also forgot that he
