Lahat ng Kabanata ng IN THE ARMS OF THE HYBRID : Kabanata 51 - Kabanata 60

Mark was up first as he went on the hunt for the scent of a vampire, it took him longer than expected but he found a group of them 3 in number. Mark took the lead in front while Lucas and Andrew followed closely from behind. "Hello pal", Mark said. The words didn't come out exactly as he wanted it. It sounded a bit forced and tempered. The result was the vampires became slightly alarmed but they quickly relaxed as soon as they perceived him and they thought he was human. If he was about to mog them they had their own ideas too. "Yeah, what's the prob?", one of the vampires asked daringly. He was waiting for Mark to make the first move before he messed him up or at least he thought he could. "There is no problem, I a

Silas was quickly gaining ground on them. He was only a few hundred metres from the rear of the closest vampire who was struggling to get away from death that was on his heels. As long as they kept running Silas knew he had a good chance of killing many of them as far as Dracula himself. He was so distracted by his desire to catch up with them that he didn't realise he had run into a vampire's snare.  Dracula had formed a sort of semi circle that allowed the hybrid to come in before the circle was fully closed, trapping him inside and then the real battle could begin. Silas was closing in one the vampires when he suddenly realized he had walked into an ambush. His senses zoned out from his chase and to his surroundings and he picked up the footsteps of vampires encircli

The werewolves were now on neutral ground but they were still racing as fast as they could to the edge of the vampire's territory. They had to be there before Dracula and his vampire army and they were sure they would make it just in time before them. "Pick up the pace, do not slow down" , Adalwolf said, boosting the morale of the others as they raced at top speed. They had covered a long distance just in a few minutes and were closing in on their destination. As they howled to alert Silas that they were almost nearby. Dracula heard their howl and knew if they arrived, they would simply pick up Silas and outrun them all. He had to prevent that from ever happening as he once again urged his army to charge forward even faster.  They were now only a few hundred metres away from Silas and were gaining in him by the second. He won't

PRESENT DAY The night sky looked beautiful with the many spotlights of stars that filled it. It was a perfect night to finally introduce Nicole to Mark and Andrew. Lucas was already in Nicole's apartment. They had spent some time together talking and were now nearing the end of their discussion. "You look beautiful, I'll like to take you to my place", "So you can see where I stay and meet my brothers for the first time", he said excitedly.  His brothers had now mastered their killing instinct  around vampires, so Nicole wasn't in any danger meeting with them. "Thank you!", she said excitedly. She had waited for this day in a long while, to finally

Nicole wasn't happy to see Lucas sad. She didn't mean to make him unhappy or upset him. "It's okay", she reassured, quickly getting off the counter and walking towards him.  "I love you for who you are", she said. She didn't love him any less for feeding on her kind even though it was kind of weird she didn't but that was how she felt. She could see the good in him when he was around her and she felt sooner or later he could be that way with other vampires too. "I'll introduce you to human blood bags, I have a feeling you will like it too!", she said reassuringly, hugging him. Lucas was glad Nicole didn't think badly of him or suddenly didn't become frightened of him. He would have been devastated if that had h
